Look no further, SEED Agricultural Engineering are recruiting experienced grain drying and storage service technicians to join our team based near Blackburn, Lancashire.

SEED Agricultural Engineering supplies and support high quality grain drying and storage equipment. Due to continued growth we are looking for experienced Service Technicians to join our team based near Blackburn, Lancashire and working nationally as required.

The grain drying and storage system is a critical piece of farm infrastructure, especially during harvest. If it stops, harvest can stop. You will assemble, install, maintain and repair a wide variety of equipment including grain driers, grain handling equipment and grain storage silos.

We require positive and self-motivated individuals, capable of working independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills combined with technical competence and willingness to tackle and complete challenging jobs is essential.

An agricultural background is desirable but not essential. A sound knowledge of grain drying, handling and storage equipment is helpful, in particular, experience with pressure jet oil burners, liquid phase LPG burners and three phase electrical control equipment. Ongoing product training will be provided by SEED Agricultural Engineering.

A willingness to learn new products and new skills is required. You must be practical and resourceful with a desire to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The right candidates will receive a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
